Fifties Up Brass Band

Updated 25.09.201150s Up Brass Band Inc holds rehearsals on Wednesday mornings 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 noon in the Woolston Brass Band Rooms, Dampier Street Woolston.

The band is for brass players aged 50 and up.

The band entertains senior citizens groups, gives annual concerts at Akaroa, Methven, and Oxford.  The biggest event of the year is the annual Senior Citizens Concert in the Christchurch Town Hall.  Various guest artists take part and charitable donations are made from the proceeds.
